Purchasing

Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Fontel.com or by contacting Fontel at 800-238-0787. Online purchases from this website may be made by individuals and organizations that have applied for and become a Fontel Inc. reseller, dealer, or installer customer.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Fontel, Inc. website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Payment

Fontel, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

• Terms of Payment for Pre-approved Accounts only

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will only be charged at the time your order ships.

Sales Tax

Fontel, Inc. charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and will be added to the total amount due.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped via UPS, unless mutual agreement occurs to ship via a different shipping method. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, third-day, or ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, dependent upon UPS delivery schedules. Fontel, Inc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Shipping Methods and Fees

All purchases are shipped via UPS.  Shipping costs for UPS Shipments are billed at UPS Shipping Rates.

Purchases may be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Services.  Shipping costs for USPS Shipments are billed at USPS Shipping Rates, plus a $10 Handling Fee.

Tracking

If requested, a shipping confirmation can be emailed to you once your purchase has been shipped.  Please make this request in the “Special Instructions” section of the checkout process.  This information will allow you to track the status of your shipment at www.ups.com.

Returns

Depending upon Manufacturer of product purchase from Fontel, Inc., Fontel, Inc. may or may not accept product returns.   It is the buyers responsibility to understand the return policy of product being purchased, prior to purchase of the product from Fontel Inc.  To clarify the return policy of a particular product, please contact Fontel Inc. at sales@fontel.com, 800-238-0787, or as listed on the contact page of this web site.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@fontel.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises, the purchase may or may not be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
