These Online Purchasing Provisions are part of the Fontel Inc., hereafter referred to as "Fontel", Website Terms & Conditions and becomes part of the "Agreement" between User and Fontel.
PurchasingUsers are able to make on-line product purchases from this website for delivery to locations in the United States of America.
If product is required to be delivered to a location outside the United States, please contact Fontel for special consideration. The ability to ship product to locations outside the United States varies by manufacturer and product line, and is at the sole discretion of Fontel.
PricingPrices displayed on the Fontel website are displayed in U.S. dollars. While Fontel attempts to ensure that listed website prices are accurate, errors may occur. If Fontel discovers an ordered product price error, Fontel will give Users the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price, or canceling the order. If Fontel is unable to contact User to correct a price error, Fontel will treat the order as cancelled.
PaymentFontel allows for Terms of Payment for pre-approved accounts. User must complete and submit the Fontel Inc. Customer Application form to apply for and request Terms of Payment account consideration.
Fontel also accepts credit card payments and accepts the following credit cards for online purchasing:

Sales TaxFontel charges applicable taxes (on the cost of product and shipping), for product shipped to locations within the state of Nebraska. For ship to locations outside the state of Nebraska, Fontel charges taxes as required by applicable laws. The actual sales tax will be calculated when User order is received and added to the total amount due.
Product AvailabilityAll shipments are subject to product availability. If a product is backordered by Fontel, Fontel will contact User with information about the product backorder situation, and allow Users the option of accepting the delayed ship date, or canceling the order. If Fontel is unable to contact User to resolve the backorder situation, Fontel will treat the order as accepting the delayed ship date.
Shipping Carrier and FeesFontel's primary product shipping carrier is United Parcel Service "UPS". The standard shipping method is UPS Ground Delivery. Fontel also offers UPS expedited shipping methods that may be selected through the website ordering process.
Alternative shipping methods may be considered, if requested by User. Requested alternative shipping methods must be reviewed and approved by Fontel at Fontel's sole discretion. Depending upon the requirements of the requested alternative shipping method, additional handling fees may apply.
Shipping costs are at the expense of User and are added to the total invoiced amount.
TrackingAt the time of order shipment, Fontel will email a UPS shipment confirmation to the email address provided by User. UPS shipment confirmations will include shipment tracking information. With this information, Users are able track the status of the order shipment at www.ups.com.
For shipments that are not shipped via UPS, shipment confirmation and tracking information is available by contacting Fontel.
Out of Box Failure and Product Return Policies, Procedures, and ProgramOut of Box Failure and Product Return Policies, Procedures, and Programs vary by manufacturer and/or by product line. Users need to ensure they understand Out of Box Failure and Product Return Policies, Procedures, and Programs prior to the purchase of product from Fontel Inc. Please contact Fontel Inc. to understand the parameters of these programs.
Order Changes / CancellationsUser's who wish to cancel or modify an order need to send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Fontel at 800-238-0787.
While Fontel will make every effort to accommodate the User Change/Cancellation request, once an order has shipped, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
Cancellation shall not relieve User's duty to pay for products shipped or expenses incurred by Fontel prior to such notice. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, Users sole remedy and Fontel's sole obligation will be a full refund of the purchase price paid for the product.
