This website is provided and managed by Fontel, Inc. and this Privacy Policy applies to all Collected Information that is maintained or used by Fontel, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Fontel". This Privacy Policy is part of the Website Terms & Conditions and becomes part of the "Agreement" between User and Fontel.

Collected Information
The information you provide Fontel through various communications processes within this website will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with Fontel. The Fontel Account Registration form and/or Online Purchase checkout process requires Users to provide Fontel with contact and other personal information.

Fontel recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by Users to Fontel (e.g., name, geographic address(es), email address(es), telephone number(s), credit card information, survey information etc.), hereafter referred to as "Collected Information". Fontel does not sell or rent the Collected Information to any non-Fontel, Inc. entity.

Collected Information may be used by these third party service providers solely on Fontel's behalf. Fontel does not authorize any third party service provider to make any other use of Collected Information. Users will not hold Fontel responsible for any breach of security.

Users are entitled to change or update Collected Information, as well as, request the removal of Collected Information to opt-out of future communications from Fontel.
